To Much Stuff So Little Time

So the title might seem a little vague, but over this past week, my life has just exploded. Well it had already felt like it had exploded but I can see 2014 going mental.

Life can be hard to actually control, and no matter how many calendars  you have and reminders you still forget something. Appointments, Lectures, Holidays to book and doctors appointments amongst everything else can drive you insane. I carry my life on Calendars and also on my phone and anything else that has access to the internet. It may sound strange but having a schedule that actually functions not just on one platform but many may help as you then have access it 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

So what do you do, well here is some little things I do to help remind me of stuff:

1) Write it down everywhere:
Might seem strange to write stuff down everywhere you go, whether it be your notes on your phone. If you have Apple or an Android phone I recommend downloading Google Calendars as it syncs to your google account and you can access it anywhere and edit it. Also as well you can set reminders for the day before and google will text you and even email you to let you know you have an appointment or something important on that day.  Also if you have a calendar in your bedroom write it down on there as well. Oh and get a white board... a little one and do a Joey and Chandler and write it down on there with a smiley face or a sad one.

2) Keep Appointment letters:
A simple thing to do, if you feel like you are going to lose it, get a magnet and stick on the fridge or in my case keep it under a massive pile of paper and literally throw every scrap across the room before finding it 3 and half hours later.

3) Keep writing about it in your journal:
This is more of an anxiety thing, the more I procrastinate about something, the more I write about it cos I can't forget about it. Unfortunately I can't stop thinking about something due to the fact that I am incredibly anxious all the time. And no matter how many calendars I have I still end up writing about it because I have to. It seems that even thinking about something in a negative way can actually help you remember.

And to be honest these tips might be simple but they are kind of effective. My schedule at the minute is just crazy and the one thing I am really worrying about is the fact that it is my final semester of university and I am scared. Cos I have a final project to make and edit as well as two essays amongst other things and I am thinking will I be able to cope?

So I know how it feels to be have no time at all.

Hope it helps , not the best post I know...
